Use the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Medicare Telehealth Payment Eligibility Analyzer Tool to see if an originating site is eligible for telehealth payment.

1. Go to www.SCDHHS.gov
2. Hover over the “For Providers” tab, and click on ‘Provider Manuals’
3. Locate and select the manual titled “Physicians/Physician Services Provider Manual”
4. Click “Download entire manual”
5. In the Table of Contents, locate and select the Telemedicine section. Go to page 192.
